The Voortman V2000 cambering machine is specially designed for cambering and straightening of beams. It consists of a heavy steel C-frame which contributes to the great rigidity and stability of the machine. A heavy duty reaction beam is mounted on the frame, as well as a hydraulic horizontal cylinder with pusher. The machine has a metal housing in which a PLC computer system with touch panel is integrated. For positioning of the beam, the V2000 is equipped with 2 motor driven rolls, of which the speed can be controlled by the operator.
The remote control gives the operator more freedom to inspect the process without walking back and forth to the control panel.

The machine can set the zero-reference automatically, and save the neutral-stroke and work-stroke to be able to make a fully automatic stroke.
TWO MOVABLE REACTION POINTS
The V2000 has two movable reaction points which are fitted with an electric switch to indicate that both are touching the material. Because of this, the PLC control can save data to repeat the same camber on the next profile.
HYDRAULIC CYLINDER WITH PUSHER
The main pusher mounted on the front of the hydraulic cylinder also has an electric switch to detect contact with a profile to store cambering data.
For better control of the cambering process, Voortman offers roller conveyors of 1.500 mm width. With these roller conveyors, it is also possible to integrate the cambering machine in combination with other Voortman equipment. The roller conveyor system consists of partially motor driven rolls which are operated by joystick (rollerconveyor).
MOTOR DRIVEN ROLLS
For positioning of the beam, the V2000 is equipped with two motor driven rolls, with adjustable speed through the control panel or remote control.
