Our Machinery

5-Axis Machining

The Eagle V5 and V9 5-Axis Graphite/Hard Milling vertical machining centers are incredibly precise with a special vibration damping base and 42,000 (V5), 36,000 (V9) RPM spindles providing incredible speeds and fine surface finishes.

Our MC-4000 ~ MC-12000 line-up of 5-axis vertical machining centers are flooded coolant type, 15,000 RPM direct drive spindle machines, that cover a wide range of piece part and mold/die work—allowing you to easily machine complex shapes.

Flood Machining-Hard Milling

From micro-hole drilling at 40,000 RPM or 20-HP mild-steel machining, Roku-Roku has a flood coolant, high-speed vertical milling machine to help expand your range of applications. The Roku-Roku flood machine work area is completely sealed to protect the ways, servo drive system, linear glass scales, automatic tool changer and laser tool measuring system. The coolant tank is designed to allow easy chip removal from either the front or back, depending on the machine model.

General Job

The DV Series is built for general-purpose machining, featuring a 15,000-RPM Direct Drive Spindle. This machine can accommodate smaller cutting tools so you can perform more intricate milling work, in addition to your general shop work. The DV series is a popular machine among job shops because of its performance across a wide range of applications. Find your competitive advantage with the DV series from MC Milling.

Graphite and Hard Milling

Why purchase two high-end vertical milling machines—one for graphite and another for hard milling—when you can get both from one machine? The HC series hybrid vertical milling machines combine industry-leading graphite milling with hard milling capabilities. The result is an accurate, fast, reliable and most of all, versatile, vertical milling machine.

Heavy Duty

The SV Series features heavy-duty box-way construction in X,Y and Z axes. The SV excels in maximum material removal with its ability to handle large tools and bigger parts. Plus, its hand-scraped Tercite B Way Guides will provide years of accuracy and durability. The stability starts from the ground up with its Meehanite cast-iron structure. Every machine goes through a rigorous testing sequence to ensure stability over the life of the machine tool. Enhanced ribs in major construction parts provide the rigidity and stability for heavy-duty, high-speed cutting.

Mill-Drill-Tap

The TV Series features a choice of 12,000, 20,000 or 24,000-RPM high-speed spindle driven by a 5.0 HP or 7.4 HP motor. BBT-30 dual-contact tooling delivers extra rigidity and better Z-axis depth control during operation. The fast and simple tool changes provide multi-axis machining all in one setup. The features of the ATC don't stop there: Advanced PLC software and Mitsubishi controls drive a bi-directional tool magazine. A CAM-driven tool magazine allows rotation, accuracy and smooth motion even while large tools are loading.  The MITSUBISHI M80A series control now operates from a 10.4" cell phone like touchscreen with a new CNC-Dedicated CPU providing up to 135,000 BPM (block per minute) calculation speed.  That's 4 times faster than the M70V predecessor.  When you need fast, accurate drilling and tapping, you need the TV series from MC Machinery Systems.

Mold and Die

The DM Series is great in mold and die applications and excels in close-tolerance work. The 20,000-RPM HSK-A63 spindle features a more rigid and accurate tooling system with the flexibility to do fine, intricate work. The 32-position automatic tool changer will provide better tool-life management and increase the machines' productivity. Complete with linear scales and roller guide-ways, the DM series is the machine you want when performance matters most.

Multi-Purpose

The MCV Series is the ultimate value machine, as a great general-purpose machining center featuring a 12,000-RPM spindle standard and CAT 40 tooling. These CAT-40 machines can also include ZF Gearbox, giving it the ability to achieve four times the torque of a standard motor.

The MCV-B machines are available in a CAT-50 size with roller pack ways in the X, Y-axis and box ways in the Z-axis. The spindles are setup with a 10,000-RPM motor and ZF Gearbox as standard equipment. The MCV performs well in a wide variety of applications, including but not limited to fixtures, mold bases and secondary operations.

Ultra Precision Micro Fine Machining

An ultra-precision micro fine machining model to push micromachining hardware as far as it can go. High-quality builder Roku-Roku incorporated cutting-edge technology into its Android system, ultimately designing a well-built machine to ensure precise application and optimized velocity performance.
