The BC7M800CD FLEX-HONE® tool for surface finishing and deburring is designed for bore sizes between 0.253" and 0.276". Featuring 2.00" of abrasive globules which are composed of 800 Mesh grit Diamond (CD). Excellent for Carbide, ceramic, hardened tool steel and heat treated steel. 800 Mesh grit generally provides an Ra Finish range of 10 - 20 Microinch (.3 - .6 Micrometer).
